This company is unreachable by mail using their return address, yet they've sent me several mailings over the past three years. I've mailed them letters and each was returned-to-sender, with no forwarding address. This is a very bad indication -- legitimate finance companies want to receive their mail, and are careful to keep forwarding addresses on file if they move. ***** Your reply to my post confirms you can send but cannot receive. Your comments do not address the issues I raised. Your company should be able to receive mail at your mailing address, but clearly your company cannot behave like a legitimate business. Supplying phone number is not a solution.

Working with Stephine and Preston was the best of the Best, their patients and understanding of selling a family home words could never say enough, my heart was filled with heaviness and hurt.
