My husband owned the house when I met him, so when we got married, he put me on the deed. We always said we would sell this house and buy a new house together that was ours. I had a property that was utterly *destroyed* inside by the occupants, severely lowering the value of the home to the point I just wanted to cut my losses. Darren was absolutely amazing. We arrived in Ohio on Monday, and business was concluded with the Title Company by Wednesday afternoon. His crew was very sympathetic as well, being willing to comb though the "rubble" in the home for the precious items like military medals and such that were left behind by the not-entirely-cogent elderly occupant. This gave us peace of mind that the occupant and family were being taken care of in what was otherwise a rather tragic "hoarder house" eviction scenario. While I have to admit I never want to need to do this sort of "disaster situation" business again, if I *did* have such a scenario with another property, Darren would be at the top of my list for people to call to rectify it. It is rare these days to find people with integrity, and I absolutely feel that Darren did right by us in his sale offer. I highly recommend him to everyone who needs a quick clean sale.
