Kyle Winblad is my HERO. My husband and I have a Family Trust, and we own a couple of (rental) homes around the country. We lease only to people we know personally, and the homes are our investments. After 15 years, our Ohio tenant had a sudden, massive stroke and needed to move from the home she had chosen for us to purchase to live with a relative in North Carolina (who came to Ohio and did her best to clean-out the home within a week). Being an absentee landlord, I needed to make a quick sale when I had to evict a tenant from my rental property. Upon inspecting the property many repairs were needed to either lease the house to a new tenant or list it for sale conventionally. I didn't have the time to the repairs myself so I contacted Kyle.
