Here is a summary of my conversation with a rep of yours this morning. She called me and pretended to be someone I know. "Hey, how are you?" she says, followed by giggling. (?) When I started talking to her because she didn't identify herself, I finally realized I did not know this person. Not identifying yourself in a cold call is harassment and an invasion of my privacy, plain and simple. She eventually told me her name is Gabby, (appro!) and that she works for your company. She asked me if her manager could call me back but then refused to give her manager's name. Skeezy. Gabby giggled her goofy head off throughout the entire conversation. I didn't understand what was so funny. Please don't call and laugh in my ear anymore, Gabby. It was 100% ineffective as a marketing technique, and creepy.
