Ok, I just have to come on here to say how actually surprised I am by genuinely experiencing some good service in the Real Estate Investment business for a change. We wanted to sell our house with out going to usual route of putting it on the market. I reached out to Steve and with in a few days he met with us. We signed the contract that night. It was so easy. He was very willing to give us extra time to close so that we could find our new house. We have found it but will possibly need to do a leaseback between closing on our current house and the new one and he is willing to work with us on it also.
