4 years agoI had a problem with a rental property and I didn't know who to call. I did not want to list it with a realtor because I did not want to pay commission fees. A friend of mine told me about contacting Ruben because he had helped my friend also with getting rid of a problem property. I called and Ruben immediately picked up the phone and walked me through the process and explained the numbers over the phone. He came out to meet me at the house and we agreed on a price. We shook hands and signed an agreement and within 2 weeks I had a check in my hands for what we agreed on. I was skeptical at first but now I definitely recommend Ruben. What a life saver!
