Well I started out with an offer that was somewhat reasonable once trapped in a contract knowing the house was in foreclosure status that offer dropped $37,000 and then was told but we take care of everything no closing costs no realtor fees no cleanup and by the way don't continue to do any renovations we're going to take care of everything at that as is price I get my closing statement and yes the renovations definitely should have been continued because they were taken care of by higher-in contractors at higher in contractor prices that came out of my proceeds closing cost came out of my proceeds not split but out of my end of it renovations came out of my proceeds junk removal came out of my proceeds and he offered to help by giving me money to get home on because I was in Arizona dealing with my father's estate well his help with no discussion or agreement too involved a $6,410 interest fee so if you think this dude's going to help you expect a lower than fair offer expect to pay for everything he says you're not going to have to pay or worry about you're going to have to worry about so any consumers beware because this man is a fraud and if you look at all of his reviews there's no negative ones there's no in fact reviews really involving property so to speak in general so buyer beware use or beware anybody involved with business transactions involving this man beware look at his little invoice down on the bottom here even if I had owed him which it was a $10,000 loan not $10,500 as he wrote even if that was the case how did that turn into 16,400 something but there's proof right there he is a fraud
