Even if a company says KC in their name, they aren’t necessarily local. We were tricked at first by one of those. Ended up with broken promises from people who barely spoke English after the first guy swindled us and then passed us off to someone who had no clue how to handle our situation. We had gotten several quotes. Some low balled us, several treated us as dumb women, and 3 gave us fair quotes. We chose wrong at first. After we signed with them it was interesting how many others we talked to said it was the one company we should never trust. Many weeks later, after many struggles with them, we got out of that deal and called Darren at Rex Buys back. He treated us with respect, kindness, honesty and got the whole thing taken care of in about two weeks over the holidays to meet our end of year deadline.
