I do not recommend Chris buys homes I contacted them a while back on the property I inherited, but because the home Had to go through probate first they put a clause on my home didn’t know it until after the probate was over with, and I had a buyer Chris buy homes Never notify me about it. I didn’t find out about it until the day we were supposed to go to the title company to do the deed and they told me there was a clause on the property. I reached out to them and told them they have within 48 hours to remove it because they had no right to put it on my home which caused the buyer that I had at the time to change his mind He came back with a cheaper offer, which made it $13,500 cheaper than the first offer. They was not willing to give me the first offer. Thanks to Chris buy homes had to contact some office up in St. Louis, which I didn’t even deal with the office in St. Louis. They had a subcontractor that did the deal. It was all a mixup before I can close because they had to release my property that they did not I highly recommend anyone not to deal with this company. If you do make sure you understand they will put a clause on your home. They never sent an apology. Never tried to make it right. I eventually got the home sold but for a lesser amount.
