Just recently worked with these guys on the purchase of one of my listings. They were professional, fast and great to work with! Would definitely work with them again!

I decided to sell to a house buyer instead of the process of going through a realtor. Given the work schedules of my family. we didn’t want to deal with the inconvenience of showings. I contacted MoveOn and gave them some information about my home and some pictures and I told them what I’d like to get for my home. They had a person come out, take pictures and there was one more visit with a contractor and interested parties. I told them what day I needed to close by and they made it happen. I was paid a more than fair price for my home and the title company made sure all the funds were distributed to the parties I needed them to go to. If you want the stress and headache removed from the house selling process, I would highly recommend this group and Johell stayed in contact with me, answered any questions I had about the process.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Move On Houses. I spoke to a representative to hear an offer, and clearly stated that I wasn't in a rush to sell. Instead of professionalism, I was met with yelling and disrespect. This kind of aggressive behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I’d work with them again. I’ve never used this type of service before so nothing to compare to as far as ratings go so 4/5 seems reasonable. Definitely some things I didn’t love but that may be more the nature of the biz than their actual performance but everything worked out and was way less painless given our particular situation than selling our home without them. All things considered I’d recommend working with Move On to sell your home quickly.
