Chris buys houses called me seeing if I was interested in selling my house. Well we we’re talking about it but not sure how they knew that lol. We were skeptical but everyone we spoke with was friendly and seemed genuine so we just continued on. We provided the needed info regarding our property and 48 hrs later we had a good offer in hand. I knew they were real when the purchase agreement they sent us was the same one realtors in Tx use (Trec purchase agreement). We closed within 3 wks at a price that was essentially what we could’ve got had we listed it, less the closing cost and commissions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone
