15 years agoI wanted to inquire and look at a property; and Joe responded within a minute and I was walking on the said property that evening(Would have been 1pm, but I couldn't make it. Very friendly gentleman and he didn't try to Hard Sell us, rather he let his knowledge of the property and research do the talking. I never felt pressured and he was open to any questions. I've only met him once, but I believe he's a great guy, and is in touch with the latest trends within the market.
