All with kindnesses and compassion. I am so thankful.

Unprofessional Conduct and Contract Breach I was the seller in a transaction where this company represented the buyer, and the experience was deeply frustrating and costly. We signed a contract with a 14-day escrow closing and 12-day contingency removal. Instead, escrow dragged on for 42 days, with no formal extension requests for the three missed closing dates. This is a clear breach of contract and a serious failure to uphold professional standards. Throughout the process, the buyer’s agents (total of 4) maintained zero communication with us. We received no updates, no explanation for delays, and no effort to coordinate or reassure. The lack of transparency caused significant stress and financial strain, ultimately costing me thousands of dollars due to the extended timeline and uncertainty. Real estate transactions require accountability and respect for contractual obligations. Unfortunately, this company failed on both fronts. I would strongly caution others before engaging with them, especially if you expect professionalism, timely performance, and basic courtesy.
