Absolutely great experience from start to finish! Another company led me to believe that they were going to work with us for over 2 weeks, then let me know that they were not doing any buying in our area, which left us with less time than I thought that I would need to sell my home. James and Patrick started on my sale immediately after I first contacted them and rushed to accommodate my closing needs. Patrick even made an extra trip by with a contractor to see if some of my repair costs could be lowered to get me additional money in the sale. Even the lawyer that they used, met us at her office before her normal business hours (Christmas week) for closing, on order to accommodate my wife's schedule.
