To say this company is anything other than scrupulous and borderline criminal would be a massive understatement. Once they have your money they will NOT be returning your calls or emails. I bought a house from them almost two years ago and still have MANY issues that have not been addressed. Also, they will use the cheapest materials they can find. I hired a lawyer and he told me he uses shell LLC's so you can sue him but he'll just move the money around so you'll spend $10,000 trying to get $1000 from him because he is known to do that. By the way his name is Dominic Kirchner. I don't have enough time to speak about what a horrible experience we have had with this company and Dominic Kirchner. You have been warned!
