This place was a complete nightmare. From day one, they talked to me like I had no right to complain, even though I was paying $1,300 a month — not living there for free. Then the bathroom ceiling started leaking every time the upstairs neighbors flushed. Yes, dirty water pouring straight into my apartment. It took them two weeks to show up, and the same disgusting problem happened again. When I called, they basically told me they didn’t want to deal with it anymore. That’s when I realized I needed to run, not walk, away from this place. While I was still living there, the leak came back again — and that was the final straw. When I told them I was leaving, they tried to shake me down for money, keep my deposit, and even threatened court. Only when my wife showed them the photos of the damage did they suddenly change their tune. Based on my experience, this was the most unprofessional, stressful, and flat-out disrespectful property management I’ve ever dealt with. I’m glad I got out — and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This company is one of the most predatory and heartless businesses I’ve ever seen. They show up at people’s homes, looking for anyone who is struggling — people who are desperate, owe taxes, or don’t fully understand the value of their property — and they take full advantage of that vulnerability. They did this to my 70-year-old grandmother. She was stressed, behind on taxes, and instead of offering real help, they pressured and manipulated her into selling for far, FAR less than what her place was worth. Watching her realize what happened after the fact was heartbreaking. The owner, Jecoub, was especially disappointing. His behavior felt pushy, misleading, and completely lacking in basic human decency. The way he handled my grandmother’s situation showed zero integrity or respect. Please, avoid this company at all costs. Don’t let them in your home, don’t trust their “advice,” and don’t sign a single thing without a lawyer or independent appraisal. No family deserves to be treated the way mine was.
