Great experience! I had inherited a property from my mother and needed to sell it quickly. Shelly was amazing! She put in a reasonable offer that I could accept given the amount of love the house needed. She was on top of communication and was very easy to work with. I also was able to close in record time. I highly recommend, if you need to sell your house.

1 star is 1 to many. Entered into a contract to buy a home from these guys. They signed it and it was a done deal. They then decided to take a higher offer after the fact and told title not to accept anything from me. These guys apparently don't know what a contract is ( my attorney will be helping them understand shortly) stay clear of these guys.
