After buying a new home, we were in need of selling our older fixer upper. Hiring a real estate agent and having to deal with all that comes along with it isn’t something we wanted to do. You always see commercials for “American Home Buyers “ on Television claiming that they will take care of everything including no closing costs. My wife called and answered some quick questions. Before I knew it, they ( American Home Buyers) had set up a meeting to walk the property. We sat down and Rolly( AHB rep) walked us through the process and we filled out some paperwork. Rolly set up appointments with buyers, kept us up to date regarding all potential buyers. Their communication skills are exemplary ( and very much appreciated). We were always in the know. Once the home went under contract the closing team ( led by Heather)then stepped up, coordinating everything absolutely everything needed for a quick closing. We arrived at the Title company’s office, and yes, everyone was on time, very polite, and everything was ready to be signed. Within 37 minutes we were done, and the funds were being wired to our bank. If you’re reading reviews and have read this one down to this point, stop looking, just call American Home Buyers and let them handle everything for you. They were there for us and I’m confident they will be there for you as well. Merry Christmas!!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever been through. It was painless and so simple. It’s a Christian base company ran by Christians. I recommend them highly. If you can get Nate to be your person, then I highly recommend that they need more people like him. So when you call ask for Nate.

I was so happy with the process of selling my mother's home with American Home buyers. They came out, gave us a fair quote and did exactly what they advertised in a timely manner. We closed with no additional fees or closing costs to us and whatever we didn't want to take with us, we were able to leave at the property.
