Weird interaction.

When we decided to move to Kentucky to be closer to family - we looked into various options to sell our home. I researched real estate agents and also spoke with a couple home buying companies - as we didn't want a long drawn out process to stress our move. After speaking with a few companies, I found Todd from Action Homebuyers. He gave us a very fair price for our home and agreed to let us rent it until it was time for us to leave.
