We bought our house a little over two years ago that was flipped and sold by Wyohouses. We have had so many issues from the beginning and the house does not look like it was professionally done. Shortly after moving in, all the flooring was separating. They put a large transition strip from the living room to the kitchen that people constantly trip over when they could have evened out the subfloor. The back deck was done with indoor flooring and is destroyed. The realtor told us that it was outdoor and weatherproof but that was not true at all. We should have walked away from this house. It has been a very stressful and expensive place to start our family. We have replaced the furnace (as it was extremely dangerous and we had a spotty inspector who later admitted that their report should have said it needed replaced, but that accidentally "got missed"), replaced the main sewer line as the water was backing up as soon as we moved in, the back deck is extremely dangerous to walk on, and most of the windows don't open but we've run out of funds to fix anything else. The electric is also unsafe and is our next money pit. Everything was band aided and hidden on this house by Wyohouses rather than being done right and ensuring a safe home for the next owners. Selling a house to them seems to be a good process that majority of people are happy with, but get a thorough inspection and proceed with high caution if purchasing a house from them.
