I want to share my beautiful experience with Jump Realty and more important my agent Andrew MacLeod. In order to put this review in context, I am going to share some personal things about myself so you can fully appreciate the kind of agent Andrew is. I have been an ER nurse for 25 years, and like many first responders I developed PTSD. In order to keep my home at the time I had remortgaged my home with a ruthless lender, and I was frozen with fear. I did not want to sell my home of 25 years, but could not sustain the payments. When I contacted the Jump team they sent me Andrew, I was able to be very open with him about my struggles and fears, and he listened. Not just hear my words and push for a sell, he met me on a human level. Research shows that 1/3 of people found that selling their home to be more stressful for their mental health than childbirth, getting married or leaving a long term job: making it one of the most stressful events in a persons life: and many people don't realize this. Andrew always showed up for me, always asked how I was handling things, did everything he could to make this transition as easy for me as he could. I didn't feel like just a client, I felt like I had a trusted friend. The movers he suggested Visor Guys were also incredible. The sale went smooth and I love my new home. I would recommend Andrew to anyone, not only did he give me good advice about my home, he took the time to know me as a person and not a dollar sign. I will always be grateful for that.
