A bit of a late review, but Brad is one of the best realtors around! We had been talking to a few realtors, but Brad was one of the few who would give us his honest opinion on houses we were touring, rather than trying to sell the place up in order to make a quick buck. He was transparent throughout the process, and was always communicative and replied speedily. Off of these things alone, I would recommend Brad, but he also gives you back half of his 2.5% commission. You essentially get back a 1.25% rebate on the price of your home. Cannot recommend Brad more!

We got recommended to Brad after having a disappointing experience with a realtor we used before. Brad was able to address all of our concerns with his straightforward approach and tell us how the house buying experience with him would look like. My wife and I were buying our first house. Having no experience or a clue of what to expect, Brad patiently explained the process to us and guided us. There were times we felt perhaps we were asking too much of Brad or that our questions were too basic but Brad patiently answered and addressed all our concerns. Once he understood what we were looking for in a house, he guided us on the right areas to focus on. Brad really takes the time to get to know you and your tastes personally. This way, he always has your back when you walk in to a house without knowing what to expect. We always felt at ease walking in to house knowing he is putting a critical eye in things we we care about and even things we didn't know to look for. There were times where we liked a house but Brad talked us through and made us realize that it may not be the best choice for us. Like he says al the time " I don't want you to tell your friends that Brad helped us buy a house that didn't suck!". Brad took good care of us and represented our interests with the sellers during the escrow. His relationship with the lenders and inspectors he works with are phenomenal and helped ensure the process went through without a hitch! Best of all with the business model he uses, we even got half the comission back which covered all of our closing costs and we still had some left over for remodeling!
