When we decided to sell our home, I had alot of anxiety over what needed to be repaired prior to putting the house on the market. We had some issues with what to do with the landscaping and a hairline crack in the cement overlay in our kitchen. Larry gave us a very fair offer that we were more than satisfied with and he worked with us to determine a closing date that would be compatible with our move to a new home. The process was smooth and efficient with absolutely no surprises. If we were to ever buy another home we would use HomeVestors again in the future.
