We were under contract to purchase and assign a deal that Daniel Medeles of Homevestors held contract to. There were four parties involved. The seller ran into health issues, and we asked Daniel for updates, since the seller was being given time to get to better health. Daniel has a very hard time responding to texts/calls. It's been over six months, and we have filed a complaint against Daniel Medeles with Homevestors. For reference, we have bought properties from other Homevestors franchisees who are phenomenal business people. We'll assume that one bad apple doesn't ruin the bunch. Steer clear of Daniel Medeles, unless you enjoy frustration and bad business practices.

I was very impressed with Albert of Home Investors of Tampa Bay. He was very professional and a person of integrity. Of all the calls I received, Albert was the only person who came out to meet us and thoroughly looked at the house. He also took the time to explain how the cash sale process worked and answered all our questions.
