John was awesome to work with, he was friendly, respectful, and straightforward, and he ended up beating the other offers we had. We were able to close in just two weeks, which helped us out a lot. I know John and his team will fix my dad’s house up and make a profit, but we also got the money we needed for my dad’s care at a fair price. John did not try to lowball us or make an offer just to change it later. This was truly a win-win deal, and I’m really grateful for how he handled everything. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs to sell quickly.

The price was what we were going to get - even if it wasn't what we would have gotten of we had done all of the work to sell on the market. You aren't going to get a great price when selling as-is. You just have to accept that. However, if you need to sell fast or want to sell without any hassle, HomeVestors is the way to go. Scott and TJ were very understanding of our situation and made the whole thing painless. We really appreciate their patience with us between closing and when we turned over the keys.

This is the second locaction from this company to send an UNSOLICITED attempt to buy my father in laws and my house. He isn't looking and we shouldn't have to do anything to be removed from your list. Just don't send unsolicited mail to people.

When my father sold you his home, before he signed the paperwork, you had already went and cleaned it out before he could get his personal property. We lost a lot of family photos and heirlooms. Horrible company.
