Honest and fair priced

This is another home for cash scam. they prey on people who have just lost someone and look up death records offering to buy up the house as-is and cheap. I know what it's worth and would not fall for this easy out. (Offering cash vs. a mortgage shouldn't change anything.) They even found my other address to mail it to me. The return address is simply a PO BOX at a post office.
