This is one of the companies that will reach out to homeowners unsolicited and make them ridiculously low offers for properties that are skyrocketing in value. I gave them about 3 minutes of my time today and it was the worst possible use of those 3 minutes because they offered me LESS than what I paid for the property. I genuinely feel bad for people that work with this company because they are obviously in a dire financial situation and have no other choice but to sell at a loss.

I was in a tough situation. My bonus dad was in hospice and my mom needed care. My bonus dad then passed quickly and I needed care for my mother full-time. HomeVesters gave me some good options so that I could quickly move and not have to go through the traditional home selling process. I am very grateful for their assistance. I even closed on my home out of state.

I do not recommend them at all!!!!! I was given a strict deadline to try to take care of a bad situation within a week. I reached out to them for help or guidance and did not hear back from anyone for 6 days. Do not speak with Lisa or Debbie. They do not care or have compassion for others in need and are struggling to get a help!!! Now the property is a total loss and family member is homeless! Very hurt and disappointed that they would treat people like this.

Homevestors was very accommodating. They were solid with their quote of the property. My experience was not good with other companies before working with Homevestors. Other companies would give a quote then lower the quote after an inspection. Homevestors did not attempt to lower the quote. Also, Homevestors closed on the property within 2 weeks. I highly recommend using Homevestors when selling property.

I had some pretty stressful events and health issues leading up to me selling my home and Debbie was extremely helpful and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. From preparing to show to the closing process she was there every step of the way and always patient with me and any questions I had. I highly recommend her! Thank you for everything Debbie!
