I currently live in CA and had a property in LV that i was looking to sell. I contacted the we buy ugly houses guys although my home was not ugly. I informed them my property had tenants (family) however they would not be able to move out till March. To my advantage I contacted the right guys, I believe his name was Danny. He was very professional and informed me how they work, walked me through the entire process. What I like the most is that he took the time to really understand my expectations. the best part was when he mentioned he'd be interested in buying my home and there was no commitment or obligation. I was able to sell my home to them hassle free and did not have to drive to LV to make this happen. I know listing the home, would of probably net me more money but I wanted to get this done and not wait for the market to decide specially since it was right before COVID. I will continue to do business with them and will refer family and friends.

Alex Wentland has been sending us post cards for a duration of over two years insisting on buying our house. We have notified him by mail numerous times we do not wish to sell; Alex Wentland is an irritating harasser. 12/12/19
