Other companies I got quotes from spot out the mathmatical formula and had a bunch of requirements. Bruce took the time to find out what I needed, and was considerate of the time line best for me. As I was going through a difficult time during this sale, Bruce was focused on doing this in a way that worked around our needs, not forcing his schedule on us. Every step of the way Bruce had excellent communication and sought to lessen my mental load, not just make his deal. Both times I have sold to Homevesters I was confident in their honesty and there were never any unexpected issues popping up. They were a joy to work with. I would never work with anyone else, ever.
