We contacted Paul Neil because a neighbor of ours sold his house to him a few years ago. Paul explained his business model and the process we would use. We explained our situation for selling and Paul worked with us to schedule a closing date almost 4 months in the future! After making the offer we were given time to consider and even after signing were given time to cancel. Everything went as explained to us with no surprises.

The husband and I lived in our property for years. He’d inherited it from his father, so we kept holding on to hope that we’d eventually be in a good enough financial place to build a home on it or fix the existing mobile home we were living in. It wasn’t meant to be, our situation was too complicated and it was as though fate didn’t want us to succeed. I’m very thankful for the kindness, care, and the patience Lamar showed when working with us. We never felt like a number or like we were being taken advantage of. They even helped us sell a tractor we had on the property, that we couldn’t get rid of otherwise. I’m so glad we called Homevestors. 🙏 I highly recommend them.
