I sold my home through Home Investors. Everything the agent (Vincent) told me would occur did so. They covered all the closing costs and helped coordinate work with the title company. I was paid promptly and completely. Because this occurred in late November, I asked if I could rent the house until Christmas so my grandsons from Chicago could visit for one last Christmas in my home. Not only did Vincent approve this, I was allowed to stay rent-free until January 4th. Not only were we able to enjoy the holidays, this gave me plenty of time to find a suitable townhouse to move to. Two other big points regarding Vincent: 1) he was very understanding about my ambivalence about selling my house. At 75 years old, I clearly needed a smaller place, but it was difficult. He did not pressure me at all (another company offering the same price did not take the time to discuss this). 2) When the house was remodeled and ready to sell, Vincent called me and gave me a tour - nice for closure.

Their contract is simple with no requirements for inspections. Escrow was opened quickly and they closed a few days early (04-24-2025). If you are -selling a house and do not want the expense or headache of fixing it up they will give you a better offer than the rest and make the process easy.
