Just got unwarranted mail from this company. We're not looking to sell our house "AS IS" -- or for that matter looking to sell our house at all. If their business model is based on advertising to people who have expressed no interest in selling their house, they are doing a great job. Please avoid wasting paper and don't mail to me anymore.

At first I was not sure if I was doing the right thing. But then after listening to Steve given me all the information that was presented to me, he made me feel very comfortable of all he said. He is so kind and very understanding. I can see that doing business with him, made me feel very fortunate to do business with Steve. Thank you for all your services.

I Had a house to sell in an estate. The house was a disaster. No real work had been done on the house in years. She even answered calls during her vacation. The price wasn't the highest bid but it was worth taking a little less to have the security Rachel was able to give me. The laywer agreed it was a better contract. Rachel was even able to move the closing date to let the person living in the house time to move into his apartment. I feel confident that Home Vestors is a company you can trust.

I can’t say that my experience is the same as anyone else, but I want to make sure others don’t make the same mistake my mother made. She trusted everything that the property specialist said to her. She was honest about every small issue with her home. She assumed that they were as honest and trustworthy as she is and that was her big mistake. Their final offer was half of the first offer. In hindsight she realizes that they took advantage of her honesty and trust. When selling your home, get more than one offer. Get 3 or 4. There is nothing wrong with keeping these home buyers honest. If the things the property specialist says sound too good, they probably are. Remember, it is THEIR responsibility to inspect your home. Don’t let them use your honesty against you. It is your home and you deserve honesty and upstanding business ethics. This company took full advantage of the home owner and didn’t think twice about it. Be smart and don’t accept anything that isnt up to your standards. It’s your house, not theirs.
