2 years agoLike many of you reviewing this review, I was in an impossible situation. I was a remote investment property owner with a local property manager. The manager was terrible and unresponsive, turns out they went bankrupt. I then had renters stop paying rent and remain in the property. I couldnβt get any help from the city, shocking I know. So I reached out to Bob at Homevestors and he bailed me out. He found an eviction attorney, worked with the attorney directly, posted the signs, took the property over, and secured it. That process took about a year, yes Bob worked with me for a year. Then we found out the property was flooded and wasnβt covered by insurance, the hits kept on coming. Bob got the contractors coordinated and out there. They bought the property from me before the work was completed. Yes, they bought it for a discount of course, know what youβre getting into, but Iβm free from the weight around my neck and I can finally breathe. Worth it.
