Back in 2005 I bought a house that was being "flipped" by the Columbia, SC Homevestors franchise. Over the last 15 years of ownership I've uncovered countless examples of shoddy work. This past weekend I removed the vanity in the master bathroom and discovered next level apathy. Not only did they leave a gaping hole in the floor under the vanity, it appears that the hole was used as a debris receptacle for the jacklegs they had doing the work. This is not a business I would trust to do anything but subpar work.
