I had a great experience with HomeVestors! It was nice working with Dean, Ginny, and Nikki. They were honest and kind to our family. We had to relocate for work and didn't have a lot of time to do a bunch of fixes in order to list our house on the market. They made it so easy for us. They came out, looked at the house, and gave us an offer on the spot. We had some slight negotiation, and we had 3 days to think it over. We decided to take the offer. It took a load off of us not having to do a bunch of fixes and run the risk of paying 2 mortgages at one time. They were up-front about the fact that we could make more money if we listed the house, but with our situation, it was the right call for us.
