I always thought some of the home buying operations out there were a bit shady, Steve was anything but. He was always on time, honest, in touch, and communicated with me through every step of the very complicated process. Backstory: my father died unexpectedly, owning 4 houses in various states of repair and even various states of transaction, and left very little guidance for us. Steve worked tirelessly for MONTHS to untangle my dad's business, arrange all the transactions, correct paperwork errors that others had made, and did all this communicating with me out of state and working with my mother in state. I literally have and would again trust him to meet and work with my mother in my absence.
