He even sent us pictures of the progress after he bought it because this was my parents’ home for over 40 years and he wanted them to see how it was getting fixed up. That meant a lot to them. He was so patient and answered their questions throughout the whole process which really helped them with this huge transition. We are so grateful that we got to meet and work with someone who genuinely cared and understood our needs because he knows the area and does the work. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a fair price and to work with a real person.
