He bought it post-mitigation and partial demo with rebuild estimates in hand. Saw photo's afterwards when the house was for sale again, he did an amazing job restoring the home.

Smooth process from consultation to sale

I don’t have words to express my gratitude for everything he did for me during this hard decision to sell my childhood home. I was so lucky to find this company online. I called with my mind not made up yet to sell. I was scared of being taken advantage of since I knew nothing about selling a house like this. He started as a stranger that I didn’t know or trust when I called to find out how this process works. I could tell by the end of the call that this was the company I wanted to work with. He was understanding of my heartbreak and talked me through the whole process. Not one time did he pressure me to sell. He listened and answered all my questions no matter what time I called him. He was always quick to respond to text and even went by to check on it for me since I live 2 hours away and was evicting the renters. Something you don’t hear of much anymore is ppl giving them “their word” and it’s ironclad. Honesty is another thing that’s hard to find in this field. But don’t worry you found it in this company. Due to evicting laws it took 4 months to sell. Most companies I know would of ran the other way. Not this one. Thank you so much for all you did. Can’t wait to see the after pictures!!
