Between my home buying experience back in 2015 and all the way till selling my home in 2022, the process has been smooth! I recommend going with Victory Home Buyers if you want a clear and straightforward process. All I had to do was show up! Everything that was needed was communicated up front and with no surprises! If buying another home, I will definitely chose to go with this company again!

I am the sibling of one of the owners. My home buying experience was seamless. Questions I had about the property I was purchasing were thoroughly answered. She knew I would have many questions as a first time home buyer and she assured me that my questions were normal and both her and her husband were extremely patient with me throughout the process. I would recommend her to any of our family and friends. I am responding to the incorrect information stated by the owner in response to my previous review. Correction: I moved out of the home because the company would not let me utilize the $7,000 I put down for the down payment. Before I moved out I was ready to purchase the home, however without my down payment money I was not willing to continue renting from the company. Correction: I asked to lower the rent because I was told by 3 of my neighbors that they were renting for $1300 to $1400, the same exact model as mine, however I was paying $1700. The comps in the area for the exact same model were $214,000. My contract was asking for $229,00. These are the reasons I took the necessary steps to move along with not being able to utilize my $7,000 for the down payment. EDIT: Company, I am responding to your response to the incorrect information again. I was not asked to move out. I did it on my own because I did not understand how I was paying $1700 and two of my neighbors with the exact same home were paying between $1350 and $1500... Both renters. And the neighbor across from me bought his home for $15,000 less than what my contract stated. Remember I wanted to purchase in June. I had gotten a lender. I called you and I asked for two things to happen for me to stay or I would have to move....The first thing was for my $7,000 to go towards down payment of my loan because I had gotten a lender and was ready to start the buying process.... and 2nd thing was for the monthly payment to be lowered. You said you would have to call me back about it. Several days later you contacted me and said that you could not do either. I then told you that I was indeed moving. That is why I moved. And again things happen in this world. You feel like I owe you money and I feel like you owe me money. I guess it will all be handled in court. I always speak the truth. I am a woman of God and my kindness is unmatched. I wish the best for this company. Just because it did not work out for me does not mean it will not work out for the next person.
