These people are a bunch of Clowns in a three ring circus. Day one call and tell them I want to sell tell them my situation. Guy tells me he totally understands and we can’t call close in three days I decide to wait until the end of the month. Also tells me I can just up and leave all my stuff. Shorty after John a COORDINATOR for the company. Tells me like he already owns the house what I have to do. That I have to let people in my house to look sets up appointments for a Friday at 4 I told him that somebody is there he text back okay we will there tomorrow at 4. That’s not what we agreed to in text I tell him I don’t get off until 6. All this should be at my discretion. so Friday the 27th comes I can start calling this guy around 12 -130 somewhere around there To see if we’re closing, he calls 555 with the title lady saying oh we can’t call the title company right now because they’re closed while we are closed. Wait till the end of the day to do it then he wants me to hide a key outside while I still own the property instead of scheduling an appointment to have somebody to do a walk-through. Mr. John coordinator really has been worthless to me and if the company is relying on him to coordinate anything bad news for them. it’s really bad when you text the coordinator and he can’t text you back a simple yes or no answer are we closing today? Horrible. Posted unannounced and unapproved photos on Facebook marketplace, sent contractors who they said were going to give estimates and instead called it a home inspection and insisted on renegotiating the sales price which I agreed to reluctantly but insisted upon some concessions. Come time for closing, concessions were not met. Wanted utilities kept on and they would transfer them to their name, a week and a half after closing and I’m finding out they have not done so and had to call these utilities for shut off on my own. During this they have have the audacity to have a representative text me looking for a 5 star review. Hahahaha. Sorry, not even close.
