I AM an agent, but given a unique situation and opportunity, I wanted to sell my house quickly, without work or effort, for cash. And, I got to see how the place turned out when it was flipped and finished, and he did such a good job I wondered why I sold it and didn't just have his team rehab for me! Place is beautiful and will make a great home for a new family that buys it in the near future. In real estate there are many ways to sell a home, I knowingly and willing picked a way that made me money, though likely less than traditional sales methods, but left me with a hassle free experience that was fast, professional, and met my goals and timeline. For those in similar situations, Nathan and his team are an excellent choice. He does what he says, is easy to work with, always professional, and knows what he is talking about.
