Stewardship Properties - We Buy Houses

I do not appreciate getting offers to purchase my home in the mail, what kind of low life do you have to be to purchase properties this way!

I recently turned my keys into stewardship properties after 7.5 years of living in the same 1 bedroom apartment. The reason I stayed there so long was because of the professionalism of the renters as well as their maintenance crew. They were always available to help and we're quick to respond with any concerns we had. Once, there was a water pipe (or something) that burst in the apartment above ours and we were not home. One of the maintenance workers called me on my cell and asked if he could enter our place to make sure nothing else would get ruined. They were already working on the apartment next to ours and went to extra mile to make sure we and our things would be okay. After the incident stewardship housed our neighbor in a near by hotel until her apartment was fixed. This is just 1 time out of many that I was happy to have a renter like this able to help when we were in need.
