Wonderful experience with them

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Southern Home Buyers on multiple sides of housing transactions, and they’ve been consistently reliable every step of the way. Communication is always clear and timely, and they handle each deal with professionalism and attention to detail. What really stands out is how smoothly they keep things moving, even when challenges come up. They’re knowledgeable, fair, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference in real estate.

Southern House Buyers were awesome. They respond quickly. They are great to work with, they were upfront with the offer, very friendly and work very efficiently. I worked with Samantha she was great and patient with the probate process. They were ready to close in no time. Other companies I contacted seemed to harass and call constantly. This was not a factor at all the Southern House Buyers. It was a very easy process and would recommend them to anyone for a cash sale .

Quoted us one price, then went down again even knowing the work done, then had her boss do an inspection, quoted us an insanely high price for the work, and then said they didn’t want it even lowballing further. Didn’t respond to messages until almost a week later even though she said it would be figured out the day after since he was fast. Would not recommend.

I recently worked with Southern Home Buyers while trying to sell my previous home during the construction of our new one. While the saleswoman representing the company was very polite and courteous, that’s unfortunately where the positive experience ended. Communication with the company was extremely frustrating, it felt like pulling teeth just to get a clear answer about whether they were actually interested in the property. I found myself constantly following up and rarely received a straight response. It created unnecessary stress during an already hectic time. To be fair, I take responsibility for not doing more due diligence before engaging with them. In hindsight, I wish I had vetted the company more thoroughly. It seems they may be more interested in working with sellers in urgent situations, which wasn't my case. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Southern Home Buyers based on my experience. Transparency and consistent communication are essential in real estate transactions, and I didn’t feel like I received that here.
