I typically don’t write reviews but I need to share what an amazing experience I had with HOF. My mom passed away and her house was taken over by squatters. It was a very complicated and stressful situation. After interviewing multiple companies I chose HOF. They gave me a very fair offer, were extremely professional, compassionate and went above and beyond to get this deal done. I am especially grateful for Santini, Stephanie Wheeler (who is as soooo kind) and John Cook (who was beyond helpful) for helping me through this difficult time. Yes, they are trying to purchase homes but they are also genuine people who are compassionate which is hard to find these days. If you need to sell a home I highly recommend. It was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Weird had a deal. Had my attorney review and send an agreement. Then they went silent for a month. Talked to one of them and they said they'd call back never heard from them again. Unfortunately a waste of time and energy.

Hall of fame reality was unreputable and unscrupulous we entered into agreement for $80000 then they turned around and low ball meet at 75 ,000 made me wait over a month to close, gave me a new contract but renegd doing that. and then offered me $40000. they are totally unreputable unreliable company and I would suggest anybody that is planning on selling their home do not deal with this company. They are Blatantly trying to Rip off people..
