Great team to work with, had a great experience

If I could I would give zero stars. I had an extremely negative experience with this company while selling my home. From the beginning, they made promises that were not honored and provided information that later turned out to be misleading. After I entered into an agreement, communication became inconsistent and unclear. Important details were either not disclosed upfront or changed later in the process, leaving me in a worse financial position than I was led to expect. When I raised concerns, I was met with excuses rather than solutions. This experience caused significant stress and financial harm. I believe this company operates in a way that takes advantage of homeowners who are already in vulnerable situations. If you are considering selling your home to this company, proceed with extreme caution. My experience was costly, stressful, and avoidable.
