I had a deal in place on my house, that I was going to take. I tried to let Dan down and say we are going to go a different route, and he basically strong armed me into seeing my house any ways, and made an offer just slightly above what I told him my best offer was, ok sounds good... 3 days later, "I'm getting the purchase agreement at noon" (8:25 text). (10:06 they have to back out because they misvalued the house) And now my other offer is off the table. Strongly, don't recommend. -Ryan
