Very dishonest, two times he didn't pay. After the first time he talked to somebody different to scam. Avoid.

I've called at least a half dozen times. I've spoken with Ashley, Caitlin and Bob himself previously. I've asked Bob multiple times to quit printing photos of houses that don't belong to Bob onto solicitation post cards while simultaneously not using envelopes and to quit spam mailing me with his junk mail. Legal council may be required if the harassment continues. Not an honest business. Stay away.

Melissa from Sell it to Bob called me at work this morning. I'm on the Missouri Do not call list, so this is not only annoying but illegal. If I wanted to sell my house I'd put it for sale. Leave me alone Bob, stop calling me.

Disappointed in the process. They offered a high competitive bid up front but dropped their offer significantly after inspections due to known and previously disclosed water damage in the basement that they had documented. They never even responded to our counter offer where we offered a 10% reduction on the contract price, they just sent us a cancelation document to sign.

This company reached out to me well over a year maybe 2 years ago about buying my townhouse, I had spoken to Chris at this almost 2 years ago. I had told him that yes I had looked into selling, but then had decided I wasn't ready. So finally this summer I had finally decided it was time to sell and Sell it to Bob was the 1st people I reached out. I dealt with Stephanie, Chris, Nicole and Galye, all were very pleasant and great to deal with. All extremely responsive to any questions I had. I wasn't ready to actually move for about 2 1/2 months and they were fine with that. They offered me a very fair price for my townhouse, I was extremely pleased with my over all experience with everything and everyone.
