I recently sold my house and the process was pretty straight forward. The only problem was that I was charged for a full year of property taxes and I feel that it should have been pro rated since I was only owner for just a few days over 1 month of the year owed. Also there was no provision made by the new owners to transfer the utilities to them immediately after the sale. Watch out for this if you are thinking about doing this with this group. As an addendum i have since found out that the taxes on the house were for the previous year, not the coming up one. I was also told that the title company should have set up the order for changing the utilities not the buyers (Ron buys houses.). They have been quite good about trying to make this right.
