I worked with Martin Villacana and I have to say the way he handled this transaction you can tell he is going places. He really advocates for the seller to title companies and inspectors to be sure things are continually moving. He was very communicative and gives constant updates so I never felt ignored or out of touch. He was very patient with the roadblocks we hit along the way since my mother did not leave a will but he was able to explain everything to me in a way that made perfect sense. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! so I was worried to get foreclosed on and these guys came in quick and just in time to help me out in selling my house. These 2 guys came and saw the property with me at a scheduled time when I WAS AVAILABLE and they came ON TIME, it wasn't a scam or a waste of my time! They really did make the WHOLE PROCESS HASSLE FREE for me :). They also were able to pay for the closing costs and CLOSE in a MONTH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
