All the staff worked like a well-oiled machine, staying on a firm schedule when and where we needed it. Anticipating the seller’s needs to decrease delays that often accompany real estate transactions was a huge strong point we noticed immediately. As each task began, we were also receiving positive feedback from the title company, the independent inspectors and other businesses in the area supporting RAHB’s mission and professionalism with a smile. It never hurt to hear positive feedback during such a stressful time! Overall it was a seamless experience, they offered a respectable bid while retaining enough proverbial meat on the bone to ensure that they could make their own profit. I would use them again. Close was fast and without issue. They were professional and even worked with my out of state realtor to ensure the Reno sale/closing was in alignment with my new home purchase out of state as we used the funds for a down payment.
